Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Engineers Food Service, we want your experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
- Refunds are applicable only for failed payments or order cancellations before food preparation starts.
- All refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- UPI or online payment failures due to bank errors are automatically reconciled by Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) cancellations must be communicated before delivery attempt.
- Partial refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed and prepared.
