1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to Engineers Foods Service, you agree to a professional meal catering arrangement. Our services are designed to provide consistent, high-quality nutrition to our clients.
2. Security Deposit Policy
The security deposit serves as a commitment to the service and covers administrative and logistical setup costs. While the amount is non-refundable, it remains credited to your account under the conditions specified below.
3. Carry-Forward Benefit
In the event that you do not utilize the full value of your subscription in the current month, the security money/balance can be carried forward to the next month's order. This ensures that your investment in our food service is utilized toward future meals.
4. Cancellation & Closing Subscription
If you wish to close your subscription with Engineers Foods Service:
- A formal notice must be provided 7 days in advance.
- As stated in Section 2, the security deposit will not be returned in cash or bank transfer upon closing.
- We highly recommend utilizing your remaining security balance by placing a final month of orders before the permanent closure of your account.
5. Service Standards
We pride ourselves on engineering the best meals. We reserve the right to modify menus or delivery schedules with prior notice to maintain our quality standards.
